Site Approvals
Hydroclave can work with you to obtain the appropriate local approvals for processing and sterilizing medical waste. We will assist you in submitting operational data, such as sterility levels, air emissions, and liquid emissions. All data is based on actual Hydroclave operation. This can help to speed up your approval process.

Design/Build Services
Hydroclave can undertake to design/build the entire plant, from initial CAD drawings to completion. All ancillary equipment such as steam boilers, waste conveyors tippers, waste tracking equipment, and waste containers can be included in this design/build project, right up to commissioning.

Customer Training
We do not stop when we have supplied you with a fully functional plant. Complete customer training is available in all facets of complete facility operation, from medical waste segregation, handling and packaging, plant operation and maintenance, and computerized waste tracking. In addition, our factory-trained technicians, at no further cost to the customer, perform commissioning of the facility.
